Navy Civilian Careers

Who We Are

Navy Civilian Careers is a partnership between five Navy Systems Commands (SYSCOMs) which all have one goal in mind: to encourage the best and brightest candidates to pursue civilian careers within the Department of the Navy.

Our team includes representatives from five distinct organizations: Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Space & Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), and Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP).

Although we represent different SYSCOMs, we share one important mission: to support the service men and women of the United States Navy.  That's why it's our top priority to identify the best fit for you based on your educational background, experience and aspirations.  At Navy Civilian Careers, we like to think of ourselves as one Navy family, which we can't wait for you to join!
